Consistent quality over time

I've purchased from Beth Mueller several times now, starting with a framed print a couple of years ago, and most recently, I picked up a couple of holiday ornaments. The quality has always been consistently high. The ornaments were just as lovely as the print, with that signature whimsical style I like. Packaging is always secure, so everything arrives safely. It's why I keep coming back whenever I need a thoughtful gift or something nice for my home. You know what you're getting, which is good.

Detailed review of dinnerware set

I recently invested in a full dinnerware set, which included handmade plates and bowls, along with a serving platter. The ordering process online was straightforward, and the product descriptions were accurate, which I appreciated. Shipping took about 10 days, which is reasonable for a larger, handcrafted order, and everything was packed meticulously with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent breakage. I even received an email update when it shipped, which was helpful. The ceramic glazes are lead-free, which was important to me. Each piece feels substantial and unique, with slight variations that show they're truly handmade. I did have a question about care instructions, so I used the contact form on their website. Customer service responded within 24 hours with a very clear explanation. The only small thing is that some of the plates have very minor imperfections on the rim, but it adds to the handmade charm rather than detracting from it. Overall, a really positive experience and beautiful pieces.

Absolutely adorable notecards!

Oh my goodness, I just received my boxed note set and I am so in love! The designs are even cuter in person. The paper quality is fantastic, and they feel so special. I can't wait to send these out to friends and family. This was my first time ordering from Beth Mueller, and it definitely won't be my last! I'm already eyeing a ceramic pitcher for my kitchen. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just go for it!

Nice little ring dish

I got one of those small ceramic ring dishes for my nightstand. It's really cute, just as pictured on the site. Perfect size for my rings and earrings. Shipping was fine, no issues there. It just arrived in a regular box, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Happy with it for sure.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered a set of ceramic mugs a few weeks ago. They arrived well-packaged and the craftsmanship is really nice, very sturdy and the whimsical illustrations are charming. I like that they're dishwasher safe, which is a big plus for daily use. My only minor complaint is that shipping took almost two weeks, which felt a bit long, even for handmade items. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the product quality, but a slightly faster delivery would make it a five-star experience.
